For groups of 8 or more players, the cancellation policy extends to 15 days’ notice, with a 50% cancellation fee if cancelled between 14 and 7 days prior to the tee time. Cancellations made less than 7 days before the tee time will incur a 100% fee. Failure to cancel as per the stated terms will result in a 100% cancellation charge. For hotel reservations, cancellations made more than 14 days before the arrival date are free of charge. If a cancellation is made within 14 days of arrival, a 50% cancellation fee will apply, and cancellations made within 7 days of arrival will incur a 100% cancellation fee.
